Within 3 years of inception, Centro established the first national inspector network consisting exclusively of qualified and certified automotive technicians. With over 2 million inspections performed to date, Centro leads the Industry in overall inspection volume, allowing the Company to control inspection costs for its customers while maintaining exceptional quality and unmatched performance.

Centro delivers exceptional performance on its next business day report turnaround objective, exceeding 97% of all requests. This is achieved, to a large degree, through the elimination of potential issues by a staff that has over 160 years of combined experience managing inspectors and the inspection process. All Centro field inspectors are ASE or Manufacturer Certified with a minimum of 10 years ‘hands on’ automotive repair experience. Their performance is continuously tracked and reviewed for report quality, turnaround time, inspection delays and complaints in order to maintain the level of service and professionalism expected by our customers.
Early in its development, Centro recognized the need for and invested in the development of a proprietary, easily accessible and easy to use web-based interface that delivers the critical tools and information needed by its clients. Centro's operating systems are robust and scalable in their ability and capacity to handle high inspection volumes. Data backup systems provide diverse disaster-recovery restoration capability in case of a critical outage. Natural gas stand-by generator power supports the entire administration office including all servers and support systems.
With no conflicting lines of business, Centro’s commitment to a ‘next business day’ turnaround of inspection reports for customers is the company’s primary objective. In addition, Centro’s in-house IT staff is available to address and resolve any Technology related issue or special request at no additional cost to customers. Customized and highly detailed summary/tracking reports are provided to Customers on demand or on a regular scheduled basis as needed.
Centro can also customize inspection related services upon request, such as fuel or oil sample analysis, parts inspections, CPO inspections, in-Court legal and Lemon Law case representation.
